That last one seem to fit best with the design of the ships. Maybe if there was a bit more integration between the machine and the alien. Since The DK seem to use organic machinery I would expect an integration of semi organic components into them selfs. I mean technology half way between the borg and specie 8478 from star treck, but with the general body shape of that last alien you posted.
