I think the DK need to be the evolutionized version of the human being and in their appearance you can "see" they are intelligent beyond our means, more civilized and authoritative, which doesn't necessarily mean big and bulky. As for the other species, they should be developed in accordance to their roles, but I didn't see the thread where we are discussion what any other race is supposed to look like other than the DK.
