    Tip: If you are comfortable with RegEdit then you do not even need to uninstall FLMM in order to change mods using this method. Just rename or delete the string value for the currently activated mod in the key: HKLM\Software\Freelancer Mod Manager If you are not comfortable with RegEdit, or have questions about the above, then just uninstall FLMM as Shockwave says.
