After the "Beta 4 Reports" checkpoint in m1b in SP, King detects incoming Rogues, and a few seconds thereafter, the base and weapon platforms are supposed to appear. I always CTD at that point. I had previously experienced a non-repro crash during the opening movie at the point where Freeport 7 was blowing up.
