Well the PX policy is to use multiple pilots to make an easy kill on one player, to gaurantee their payment, so I don't see why Arrow would object. However if this is something that is being discussed, this also means that pirates and police cannot respawn into their RP either. It's a one way street and the rules are applied equally.
