I agree with Lucy and Ryder, SP and EM should have universe chat to speed things up. System chat shutdown would proove fatal for RP.

Is this ban on universe-wide message going to be revoked anytime soon? It's getting really ridiculous, it takes about 30 minutes just to organize a friggin' event from the players who are already online, and with 2-3 SPs online it could be done in a 1/3 of that time. Whomever this ban was originally intended for, I think he/she/they got the message.
