Dockraping is called as being unfair. Dockraping is if you undock a Gate, Station or whatelse because you are in a helpless situation for some seconds, with no chance to defend - if you are docking (not undocking) in a Battle it was your choice to let them blow up your ship - because it´s a retreat. The best choice is to let your opponent moving - i normaly set a warning shot on his shields and wait them to regenerate again or set a warning shot in the near of him.
