    Somehow the Navy gets more bribing points i have it on my RP Character too, cant get the Bounty Hunter Tag - because Missions for the Bounty Hunters will also bribe the Mitlitary Factions. Interspace Commerce can not be bribed in Vanilla Freelancer for sure but maybe it´s possible in the CF Systems.
