    OP, I know what's wrong.The problem is that when Fraps records FL on your PC, I believe it records the sound too high(volume).The way to solve it is to right click the sound icon on the taskbar, go to recording, and find the inputs for recording(i.e mic, stereo mix), and lower the stereo mix ALOT.Test with Fraps and with the stereo mix untill you find a good volume.
