The Malware Messages are from an heuristic scan as far as i know. Exclude them from the scaning list, if they are in the Freelancer or FLMM Directory - they don´t harm your System. If you play online you will get Files everytime you connect to the Server therfor some of this files are needed but not known from your Scanner engine. Just let them past.
