Well, to be honest i have a Mouse with additional keys and i am using many keys of my keyboard, for my left hand. It was a process for me - and i was drawing keyboard keys and their "best" (for me) position to use with which weapon very often. You can assign a key to select targets, another one for subtargets probably and so on but an automatic switching like in NPC Fights will not happen as long as your targets are not signed hostile as far as i know.
