SmartSound Quicktracks Plugin.msi is not needed by CF. a short visit to google implies this to be remains of another software installation, that wasn't successful. some Adobe products do use this plugin - u may want to search there if and how to handle this error. as long u do not fix it, it is reported that program starts from various applications do show this error/installation message about that plugin (and not only CF).
