I have just had my first real pvp. It was a tax avoidance scheme that didnt work out. I was wandering what are the protocols for attacking a pirate. Can I attack any I see without warning? Do I have to respond verbally to a request for tax?what if I scan a pirate freighter can it be attacked? what happens to any loot?
