[SIZE=3]Rover was an excellent member of our community, well versed in diplomacy and the quick witted humor that all in CFPD have become accustomed too in the past months. CFPD learned of his illness several months ago and through our encouragement, we requested his return to CF and enjoy his last months ahead of him. Being a man of honor that he is, he did just that.
