You also have to check Voltages IE there is different colour AGP slots and they are all different voltages so you have to make sure the card will run on the AGP slot!!!!!

Basically i am just adding to Kalsies response the different speed cards also have slightly different voltages.... the most common AGP slot is Broawn for modern baords ao aslong as you have a Brown AGP slot you will be ok:)
