I know of some clan who will dish out instant WAR to any group which an intruder may be a member of. What Im seeing here is a clan dealing with that issue at hand by opening their system because appearantly "WAR" wont be much of an threat. Only thing I dont understand now is people asking where the problem is. SZ atleast has the guts to announce such things on the forums.
