There is balance in the game and it is possible to get all the 'best' equipment. If there is equipment you want in a clan system, then talk to a member of that clan about how you get that item and what the cost is. DKAs are available in a couple of places but you will need to make enquiries in-game for further info. But DKAs, PPCs and Coalition Gats are all very similar so it is not vital to get the DKAs.
