Hello, Just started playing FL again after nearly 4 years, as TNG 3.0 STILL isnt out i figered id try a different mod, and corssfire caught my eye... however, when i try to connect to the server i get an error, the versions match, my install is clean, SP works fine... Ive tried lan and internet joining, it just wont connect, my firewall is configered properly. exceed req. specs... Any ideas?

Thanks for you replies, I am using Eset Smart Secuirty, i followed to the letter the insallation instructions, four times, set my router to forward the relevant ports, firewall setup to allow FL:CF through... I will try disabling my FW and get report back...

yeah, something like that... i did go to post the exact error but been offline all day beacuse of a power cut also, disabling FW and AV didnt do a thing, even tried direct connecting my PC with my modem (cable modem usually hooked up to router) quadruple checked the forwarding rules and they all check out... i suppose SP will have to do until i figer this out
