If the Junkers are neutral (white) in his list, then yes, he can get the bribe again.. If they are still green, then no he cant. Other than that, he should shoot Xenos to improve his rep with the other factions.. he should keep an eye on his rep though, since shooting too many will make the Bundshuh mad.. Or he can go down to Sol and fight the Dom Kavash.. LOL.
