NTLDR is the Windows Boot Loader for Windows before Vista. If gonzo still has his Windows CD, tell him to go into Recovery Console and type in the following: fixmbr then when thats done type fixboot. This will reconfigure the boot loader, should work after this. Blaster

worst case senario....it aint a HD failure..Someone or a virus deleted his boot.ini or NTLDR file. Thats all and those steps i said earlier will fix this
