1. if you want to remove CF, disabling it is not enough. you have to restore backups too... if that doesn't work you need a clean install..2. please check again if that EULA is not running in the background...

dunno ur running programs look a bit like mine... try closing EVERYTHING [especially messengers + you can unplug your internet cord and close your antivirus...] and try to run CF again...

looks like maybe your FL directory was set wrong in FLMM..good that everything sorted out
