I was happy to see that the server had been stable for quite a while yesterday, since the group ID #'s on the chatlog were into the high 20's for a change. Server was stable up to restart, at least. Many people still think, though, that they can run other online applications while they are online with the CF server with no consequences. I always turn off my Zone Alarm, but leave Windows firewall on when I am connected to the CF server. I do not have a dual-core processor, but my OS sees it as dual (last of the Prescott processors). I have a DSL connection (1.5 Mbps downlink, 856Kbps uplink). I run absolutely no other app's when on CF, so I do not create lag issues. In the past, especially after a new version release, it was most constructive to try to notice the last person who logged in prior to the crash, so that the player(s) with the corrupt installation(s) might be isolated, and notified. Perhaps this would help again...
