Msinet.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered is the problem I have. It's windows vista 64bit, it did not ship with some vb 6.0 runtime files. I've already manually added the files and ran the vb 6.0 runtime service pack thing off the ms support website. The error is different now before it was telling me it could not find the files, now they are just not registered properly.
