I don't know any valuable Portuguese or Brasilian Freelancer comunity at these moment, seams that the most hard to get in touch will the french comonity which is still a litle bit outsider (these, not to talk about the asian comunity's which I think are still there). Then I supose that most of the mod builder's know at least some english, so they can read a letter of thes sort.
