(Quote) everyone smugles/trade, I think there's no exceptions on it, therefore everyone shold use such a licence on train/freighter, and the clans that choose it as an unic RP in all char's. if we are payed for smugling, well we will rather split the profit then just get a a small part of the money, wich means we are smugling, I think then that we will be using smugling licences.
