I was browsing the forum when I came across a post that was the exact oppsite of my issue, and someone suggested rebooting after installing FL. I did that, and also after installing FLMM and the CF mod. Seemed to work, I got the CF patch window after hitting start freelancer, which did not happen the first time through. Patched and got into the game. I haven't actually entered the server yet, but the main page looked fine. One other issue now is what I'm guessing was an intro movie was playing after I launched the CF server, and I had sound, but no video. Since the main menu showed up fine though, I'm not all that worried about it. Looking forward to seeing you folks online!

Hello. I posted a message on the synergy forum, but after checking the dates I realized it seems to be fairly dead, so I thought I would post here as well. Apologies if I should not have. I would like to help fill your ranks. Looking for a good small clan that I can grow with and in turn help expand, so if you still need capable pilots, please let me know. I just have a small issue I need to work out regarding an issue with the CF mod, and I will be good to go.

Also, I saw Dino stated forum recruiting never works because people are scared to ask? I was just curious as to why that would be. Anyways, hope to hear back from you folks.

Hi folks, I just recently installed CF and freelancer on a new system, and am having an issue. When the CF mod is active, after starting the game, the text on the main screen buttons is so small as to not be legible.

Photos are posted below of main screen and one in game shot, where I am also having issues (single player). I can still click on items, it's just really, really small. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I haven't played the game in almost 2 years and am anxious to get back in.

I am running it on windows 7 ultimate x64. The game runs fine with the CF mod off. If you need any more info, please fire away.
