I hate to say it, but people like this have it coming to them. First they don't think to read the system rules posted in the forum, complain about 'freelancer restraint' when they get shot for tresspassing, and whine about having to ask permission from a member of the clan that rents a system to pass through their system after someone tells them that that will more than likely keep them from getting shot at, and off a few KOS lists. I mean, come on, is spending a few seconds in game to type up and send a requisition to enter a clan system really that hard?

There is no written rule against bots and batts, but it is generally frowned upon to use them in PvP.

That war was a damn bloodbath. Much as I enjoy a few good spirited fights, the Chaos war was a different story. In a war like that, the only way to win is to keep the OpFor from recruiting and making money. The constant killing of clueless new recruits and trains is not a pleasant thing, and I am glad to see that something of the sort is looking less and less possible.

Why do some people feel the need to act like this? I haven't seen such childish behavior since my first few weeks on CF, and that guy was not nearly as stupid as this. I'm surprised he wasn't banned.

I posted this to show that Gunny has no vendetta against the GAY clan and acts only in accordance with the rules, and that you would do well to lay off that angle. I am assuming that your are referring to past accusations when you say " This is not the 1st time Gunny has chosen to ban me for something, let's say, dubious."
