I have never seen a cheater on Crossfire. Flhook does its job well.

The tools I use.
1.CryEngine 2 Sandbox (For mapping/AI/Physics etc..)
2.AutoDesk 3ds max (for modeling.)
3.SLTool (For viewing the starlancer ship models.)
4.Milkshape 3D (To fix any of the starlancer models.)
5.Adobe Photoshop. (To make improvements to textures.)

OP can sue them then.

NPC's do seem to have unlimited nanobots and shield batteries.
