booos, is there a time on server restarts or does it just do it randomly? Guess for now I will camp out next to one, sigh. At lest there is a up side, one is next to a patrol so lots pods to sell

I visited the Sleeper Ship in Nephele and got the disk there and followed what it said, but 2/3 of the storage things gave nothing, even after waiting for it to refill numerous times, so all I have is System-? Section:C-?. Since I have no idea where it leads or what it does, I cant ask for help because it too vague. Any idea on what to do or what to ask for as help in game?
