have just found out that Crossfire 1.5 is a storyline SP or MP mod there is no open SP. Also
don't jump ahead of the storyline in missions or it will mess up the game for you. Was
wondering if the Admin could check into changing the write up for this mod, or check the mod
out also.

can also add the Open SP in FLMM and use it to avoid the story line.

k the forum at http://www.crossfire.swat-portal.de and you will see that coder of this mod had a
OpenSP version running during the beta tests but it finally got removed due to some minor
problems
there will be an OpenSP Addon soon

That is my fault...sort of...
The previous version had Open Singleplayer built in and
when they submitted the new version they didn't tell me that they made it so you could go
through the storyline...
I meant to change the post but forgot.

I just played CF1.5 and you cannot go past mission 9 the Arch was made into a base so after
you fight your way through and land you just land on a base end of storyline. If this was
made for storyline then he should have played it through and seen if anything was messed up,
on his own forum he said he did not, and said that it was built for MP only. I am done with
Crossfire.
Please someone make some starlancer ships and make a mod with them in it
for SP.

creator of crossfire never said that its only made for mp
in fact he said that this bug
will be fixed in crossfire 1.51 which is comming out in less than 1 week
and as far
as i know the crossfire server team gave alot of support to those that have asked about this
problem
there was a solution how this problem could be skipped

you want to blame him that he didnt had time to test every single ****?
sorry but
in my oppinion he created the best freelancer mod available and did a damn good work
and
im damn sure that he will fix this bug with the next version of the mod like it was
pomissed
and like i said... on the crossfire server forum there was given support how
to solve this problem

Well I bet Silvik wont have a bug when his Next Tie Universe comes out. In my opinion his
mod is the best. And he makes sure its bug free before he gives it out to the public. He
tests it all himself. I believe my point is made.

ive played it... it has way less features than
crossfire... and is not well balanced... and to tell me that there never were bugs in this
mod can only be a joke.... ive played nearly all (big) FL mods out there and not a single
mod was bug free

i recently dl'd "tie universe v2.1" and it wont activate right it keeps on saying
"

so dont tell such a bull**** like "crossfire is crap" or "crossfire is buggy like
hell"... it isnt... this mod introduced hundreds of new features and ideas to FL and after
the release even the experienced mod creators asked here on this forum how all this could be
possible and how does it work
nowadays i see new mods out there with features that
originally came from the crossfire mod... even some parts of the seems to be copied and used
in other mods (most likely without permission of the creator of crossfire)
i tell you
something... as long you cant create something better you should be quiete and respect the
work of others
