I've spent the last 5 minutes in searching for "where to post my thread", but I couldn't find a better place, so sorry if it's not the right place...

Me and 2 of my friends decided to play Freelancer again, we remembered how interesting and fun it was... In the past we played Evolutions 2.29, but now we decided to play something better... So we started searching and found Crossfire mod...

But when we tried to connect - the three of us experianced different problems

I'll ask you for mine - theirs are easier to fix and I'll help them...

There is the problem - Vista...

I read a lot of this problem and:

Uninstalled my antivirus
Stopped firewall
made Port Redirrect @ my wi-fi router
started the game as administrator
win xp sp2 compatibility mode
disabled IPv6
then tried to enable it

so, what am I have to do, to play CF ?

edit:
I can connect to the global server, but the game doesn't even try to connect CF server - it directly says that it can't connect, and to check my internet connection... you know what I'm talking about
