ingame options, check out the Audio part.. try to switch 3D sound off

[*]Uninstall Freelancer
[*]Uninstall Freelancer Mod Manager and select 'YES' when it ask if you want to remove all the mods
[*]Delete the folder where you installed Freelancer
[*]Delete the folder where you installed Freelancer Mod Manager
[*]Go to C:\documents and settings\your user\Local Settings\Application Data\ AND delete the Freelancer folder. (c:\users\your user\ VISTA version)
PS! You need to have enabled "show hidden files" to see some of the folders.

Freelancer cleans itself from registry automatically when you uninstall it correctly so no need to worry bout that^^

[*]Now you should be ready to install it all over again and as BG_Slayer said above, follow THIS guide.

uninstall FLMM (mod manager) too, remove it's folder, and remove the microsoft games/freelancer folder.. should work if u do that...

Freelancer beeing the good game it is, always something to do, that keeps me going.

The thing about FAM salim is that u can switch between ID's. So get a hold of ur current ID and add it to FAM. that way u can easily switch between the two. If u require any guidance I will try to help u the best I can, just contact me ingame or reply here

That sounds weird, try to check if Freelancer are added to windows firewall exceptions and that ur firewall/router isnt blocking it. Other than that I'm afraid I cant help much

Salim, how did u loose it? If you havent reinstalled windows OS you should be able to track down the key inside ur registry using regedit.exe

I would give that a try, or u can try and download FAM (Freelancer Account Manager) wich is pretty much a program u can scan ur PC with to find account's.
