  • Artifial Intelligence(to Crossfire's mod creators mostly)

    Hello to all, I am new to the forum as well as the Crossfire mod and I wanted to say this:


    I only play single player Freelancer Crossfire and I do not intend to go online. As many have already noticed the AI is a bit overwhelmingly advanced from maneuvers to the use of shield batteries and nanobots. I adore this mod and the features that it adds or changes to the game except for one thing, the AI. I have no problem outmaneuvering the enemies but the shield and nanobot as well as the recharge rate extremely annoys me. It ruins my mood anytime I get into a fight and I really love this mod. I have tried others but this is the best job I've seen. To get to the point, is there any way to return the AI stuff back to vanilla standards or at least disable the use of nanobots shield batteries and stuff? I mean through game files by editing or replacing something, or even a patch that you could make, that's for you to know. If there is a way to do it I would be grateful if you posted instructions or PM me or something. I am not asking you to make another version with low AI, just if there is a way to do it in the current one. I know it's time and money all this but if there is the slightest chance you could help me;and others I come to believe,I would appreciate it a lot.
