what I want to know is how you make things like Freelancer Explorer work.. it is soo simple in Freelancer explorer, but i don't know how to make it work..help?

I'm trying to mod the original cavalier with HardCMP, i put the hardpoints, I saved, but it won't let me buy any weapons for it! [7] That sucks!!!! How do you exactly work hardpoint stuff?

I even reinstalled freelancer, and it still did not work!

I tried but the file disapeered, and it still said it had trouble loading it up, plus when I had crossfire installed (not fully activated) it would not let me play normal freelancer! that sucks!

Okay, I get this problem too, DO NOT PANIC! what happens is that whenever you use Open single player, and deactivate it, it deletes "common.dll" this is Big! I don't think you can open any mod without it, but the thing I did, was this"

1.go to this website http://www.moddb.com/games/81/…505/backup-contentdll-v10 the download is free.

2.Do not install the mod! right-click it and click "explore"

3. Copy and Paste the content.dll into the appropriate file, every time you turn off an openSP mod, you have to put it back.

The mod should work after that, I use every time I play Discovery 4.83

if you were running, anything, ANYTHING while playing freelancer, due to freak accident, that might be the case, but I think i know what happened to you, sometimes your computer cannot take so much Data at one time,

so it usually just crashes, I have no idea how it can restart on its own, But usually I just lower the performance level in the Options Menu, that makes 10 FPS go to 60. So maybe you just need to tonedown your performance level, if you try again, maybe it will happen,

I installed the Crossfire mod 1.7 3 times, I think it might be the Freelancer Game itself, But it won't even let me finish activating it without this thumbs.db,

what I am thinkin, is that someone can attach it to an E-Mail and send it to me.

I am trying to activate the Crossfire Mod 1.7 but when I do it says that the Thumbs.db in the Movies Folder could not be copied. the thing is, it is there but is in Thumbs.db.flmmbak style. Is there something wrong with my game? [7]
