use a shortcut with this end:

how to
do it:
1.) go to your freelancer directory.
2.) go to EXE\
3.) right click onfreelancer.exe - make shortcut (or what its called in english)
4.) right click on thisshortcut - properties
5.) under target type after freelancer.exe"-s212.227.23.76:2302"
6.) ok - ready, start game with this shortcut, you can move it toyour desktop.
ok, other solution:
1.)2.) install it (self explaining)
3.) enter CF server under favorites - right
click - add server: 212.227.23.76:2302
or:
1.) go to your freelancer/exedirectory
2.) start "fldirectip" (doubleclick)
3.) enter 212.227.23.76
4.) click onlaunch freelancer
