I , have just watched Schindlers list ( again) on tv-links.

i ask myself the question , why did the Germans want to , have to kill all the Jews, gypsies and all others. I know at the time it was policy.

I dont have an answer. I know the Germans thought and felt the Jews and others were inferior but why kill all of those children and women.

I have had many tears in my eyes watching this film again tonight but the answers to this have never been forthcoming.

I know we live in a different time now , with more tolerant views but these things happened only 2or 3 generations ago and some of the people present are still alive

When a guy gets shot in a film they use special effects , make up an fake blood.

Would it not be better for them to shoot and blow up real people who would otherwise die anyway by the sparky chair or injection.

The audiences would get a more real film experience

The budgets for the films would decrease

The prisoners get to be famous and would add something to society.

Win win senario as far as i can see.

Cheers man for the post. The army wasn't a great time in my life. I never fired a shot in anger. Probably couldn't have done anyway due to the British army SA80 rifle jamming all the time. Rain, jam , sand , jam ,sunny jam etc

As to last nights post, i was rather drunk as i had just came back from my holiday and was finishing off my booze.

I think i was try to elude to the fact that we are all hard wired to only see what we have been taught to see and it's very difficult to imagine other ways to see things.

Going back to time travel because i love the idea.

My belief is you can't go back in time just as you can't un write a published book or un murder someone. I believe however that you can time travel to the future. If the experiments being carried out in Austria/Swiss with the massive particle exelerator come to anything , we will see a massive leap forward in tech.

Tell me what you think , if you push particles faster than the speed of light , then you can time travel. Would you say that was correct. If you travel at the speed of light do you not become light.

You are correct , i didn't bother with further education after i was ejected from University due to my very poor attendance.

I did however join the British Army and had my eyes opened very wide as an 19 year old sent to Iraq. Didnt fire my weapon once but seen a lot of things that i can still see today when i close my eyes.

Why do the Muslims condem my lifestyle in my country.

The Muslim faith was established 500 to 700 years after the death of Christ. It was first established as a political party and copied many of the christian belief systems and laws.

I do believe that Muslims are being used as pawns by the superpowers of this world to demonise thembut is there any justification in any religion to bomb and kill inocent women and children just because you opose the beliefs of that society.

In my home town and indeed my country there is a great under current of depisal for the Muslim community. A community who doesn't help thereselves by not integrating with the indiginious popuation.
