Thanks anyways, but planetscapes aren't the main, or the most needed question. Of course I'll use them.
I already converted the speed values. The thing is: multiply the value desired by 600 and you'll get the max force. For example, if you want a engine with max speed of 100, multiply 100.600 and you'll get 60000.
Now, the most needed answer is about the engine colors.

Man, at least they should put a temp forum I don't know but as the time passes TLR will lost power, together with the FL community, as the site was a meeting point for everyone.
I also lost there a place to put my mod, as I didn't wanted to create another mod community, separated from the whole community (aka TLR or another site), but now I now don't think I have another exit than create another forum.

Today I was wondering: the first downtime happened near the '07 holidays. Three months passed and we (the FL community) is watching the endless downtimes in TLR. Even me is getting somewhat... hmmm... not angry exactly. I guess "bored" is the right word, watching this situation.
At least there's a message in the main page. However, a message saying "We'll come back next week" or something like this would help a lot.

I need different engine colors, as I'm creating new houses.
Think in a Kusari with Patriots and Rhinos, a Rhienland with Patriots and Rhinos, everything with Liberty ships. This would be boring, right?
It's the same thing with the same engine flames. I need to add some variety in the new houses, as I can't create new planetscapes and other things.

As posted in another topic, if you just want to make the engine effect vanish when you brake your ship, you can move the nozzle hardpoint more inside the ship, but this can also produce more odd effectswhen cruising/flying at full speed.
This is an easier option than messing with codes, I guess.

No, I wanted flying (not cruising) speed. I mean, the vanilla speed is 79 m/s, and I want modify it, depending of which type of engine (LF, HF, VHF, FR) it is.
Also I want know how I modify that NPC properties to military scouts...
