Thank you, all of you.

The bad news is that I may not even be able to play in the weekend I was forced to get some help from experts in putting a PC together, and they found that my powersource was broken (now, how can that even happen, if I don't touch it?)
Anyhow, they've ordered for a new PS, and, I've waited a week for it to be delivered to them.. as I called today, not 10 mins ago, it still hasn't arrived. Must be with x-mas coming up.. too bad for me, anyway..

Well.. I can only hope for it to come tomorrow, and if it does, I'll be on ASAP if nothing more comes up. Really fired up now

First of, great MOD, OP.
Second, I would like to devote some of my available time to CF, but, and this I only have myself to blame for, I ain't good at , like, walking up to a stranger and talk to him/her. I think that in any gaming community, socializing is crucial, and because of who I am, an fair/avarage FL player and rather cynical for my age, I play for and with friends. I really like to help people, either escort or transfer, or just offering advice.

Now, to make my playing more enjoyable (for me at the very least) I'm making this post only because there is no other "efficient" way of communicating ingame to all players.

I also know that I haven't been very active as of late, and that is partly because I don't really have anyone to co-op with. Many of you might just look at this statement and shake your heads, but hey, for some ppl this is reality. If I play, I want to play with people.

So this is how I think:
1) joining a clan means that I have ppl to play for.
2) as I loved FL since the first time I played it, with all the open space, the "bad" guys and the civilized ones, the scenery, colouring of the suns and nebulas (la la la...) I would reaaally like to spend time in the CF universe, as it is by far the most complete MOD out there.
3) there was something here to begin with, but I forgot..
4) This post is really long. Generally, I dont tend to take up any space at all, and have a terrible sense of humour.

Mainly, I would like to join any clan that would like to have me with them. I may not be the best fighter out there, nor a good trader, but hey, they just might fire at me(as a Wingman) instead of taking down the train.

BTW, I'll have my PC back tomorrow, my char name is Rau or Soil, so if there's anything, I'll be logged on tomorrow night, with a bit of luck.

Pesonally, I like weps with higher refirerate, mostly because of the "more" continous flow of pojectiles. The only setback i can see with less dmgoutput/shot is in the CF or DK systems, where the NPC's (maybe 'cause they are many) seem to beat my shields to a pulp.

The point is, if I'm flying with HR-weps in them systems I can shoot at my enemies more often, but may not hit as many I would need to hit with just to accumulate to the dmg done by one round of PPC's or equivivalent..

Then again, I'm not a pro on the Crossfire mod, so if you think I'm wrong in my statement, please correct me.
