    Well, I too remember some probs associated with Cleanup, so I do have reservations...
    At times I tried to help, but I think our communication lost something in translation ?(
    @ Cleanup, if you are allowed to return may I suggest you read the rules, then read the rules, then read the rules.....after that decide if you can play by them, then read the rules, learn the rules, accept the rules and play by the rules.....if you do so there shouldn't be any problems

  • Where is the Death Valley System?

    I have really enjoyed the exploration of CF (I really don't believe that Azadur doesn't know where Death Valley is)........the only problem for me is that every time the clan systems THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN THROUGH open up for exploration.....I misss the chance to explore, I guess its my fault for not being quick enough.


    Oh well, maybe someday I will make it through some of the other clan systems


    IMHO: This is an excellent mod to explore, so please don't give to much info away. To me it just seems like every kid with PSP3 that can't play a game without using all the game cheats they can find.....what's up with that?


    BTW: Not pointing any fingers, just stating my opinion

  • Pirate recruitment

    Mayday, maday CF command (squeak)I don't even know the current clans anymore.,.,I can't believe what I've been reading....Tarsus open for visits?!? The great G-man himself helping (must be some kinda motive) to..dare I say...gulp....help pirates?$?$!!!!!! The last few weeks have been a confusing blast of something (your own opinion here) and I think things might never be the way it was.........you guys will get over it I'm sure. I speak only for me, but I would like G start a char and only pirate with it, see if you can make any money....I still don't have a train (but sometimes trade in-system with an APC) its very hard to make it like this, noone except noobs and allies ever pay tax so I can't afford to tangle with all the cops I see (besides the fact that it only pads YOUR stats to pvp against me) so..........
    I just dont know how to help the current issues/situation, so feel free to point me in the right direction.....I will take all advise with a grain of salt and the consider further engagement ingame as a welcomed- maybe I should say necessary- part of keeping this fun for me

    BTW: I think Lance got it right about different times of day = different balance of competitors......sorry G I just haven't been able to recruit anyone to play when I usually see you.....so I make myself scarce as well.

    My bad, I didn't realize that I had landed with cargo onboard and hadn't sold it since the last time I used that char. When I restarted and sold the cargo, the prob went away [10] and I could launch.

    Today when I try to undock with my Lagg, it dumps me saying connection lost.....but I see a quick flash that I think says something about/like "Console detected...you know the rest
    Is this like a mission bug or what. How do you get rid of this one?

    I hope maybe after you guys all talk......things may still work out. It seemed to me that while you were on vacation, that Kermit, Aerotsu, and Endy did an admirable job of keeping the RP (and clan relations as such) going.

    Hi M8....yes I'm from US. I usually have a higher ping than that, so don't worry to much about that.To some extent the NPC's are jumpy due to the enhanced ai but also server load influences them as well. I can tell you there is deffinately a learning curve to get used to the game play (but if you try.....it does get better) And as you have already experienced, the NPC's here use botts and bats


    CF is made to be hard, but if you like a clhallenge...well then you have come to a tough game with some even tougher players :D Feel free to ask questions ingame.....people probably won't (imo: shouldn't) make it to easy....but there are many people who will help in many ways

    8o I see you may have learned 1 important lesson already...in a dynamic, changing universe....it always pays to get as much free info as possible (ie: good idea to check the news when you sign on) :D

    @ G: I personally don't care who I play/fight....with or against....just as long as people play fair and within serverwide accepted bounderies. I'm really glad to hear that you... "are having fun" ...that is why we are all here, isn't it? I enjoy the challenge of playing against a pilot of your skill level.

    @ r39 personell: keep it clean, keep it fun, respect clan sytems and I don't see any reason that you wouldn't be accepted by CF community. I haven't been here that long but I have seen old CF playeres return, some in clans some as freelancers, the only thing that seems to matter is not intentionally starting crap....IMO, more people = more fun


    In general: Whatever happened before I joined the community is of no importance to me (imo, not worth the effort to dig through old posts)

  • problem -Updates every time

    Launcher seemed to work for me now.....but I landed and sold cargo at Dawson base and every time I try to launch to space I crash (says lost connection)...it doesn't seem to be crashing the server, just my connection :(


    EDIT: Had to jettison the cargo...i tried at several bases and kept crashing. Others online said I wasn't crashing the server...so thats good news ?(
