Yes , such list exist but isn't publicly open. Some clans have this list and it is created by clan members. You have two choices: Explore and found myself or become clan member (and this take some time).

Or is possible that AV blocked internet connection for freelancer. .I was now 2 hrs on-line and server was OK. Try look at FAQ (here)

UFF ... This seem little too difficult for me ... this above attached pictures are from basic windows explorer. You only need to go to folder where YOU installed your Freelancer or freelancer mod manager. ..it is all in this pictures ... If possible repair(change) BS turret view ... we have plenty to use, but only few is really playable.
If possible change for DK system ( From Hieron to Menton) entry holes areas (NPC Spawn Killing) ... for those who follow story line is this too much hard.

LOL ... my AV quarantined this file just after loading. I had to first disable AV before I can successfully download it ( -->NOD AV)

You need store your Freelancer ID and if you played SP your saves. Next try if your PC works windows update ... if yes, download latest update, if no, it look you have real big troubles and this is nothing to do with CF. Next try scan your PC with AV, you can try also use HijackThis and post log at many forums with AV problems ...try little search.If you solved this all successfully, my advice read FAQ about installing CF and follow instructions.

Maybe I have one interesting thing. ... Sometimes when I started game (go to space) I have "slideshow" ..game "freezes" and runs veeeeeeeeeeery slowly. It vanished mostly after cca 30 sec or after new NPC appears or I jump. Before few days I look again at my AV settings and with RUNNING CF ! I insert all .exe files from temporary /EXE2 folder into AV exclusions (access to internet). After that I almost don't have "slideshow" problems and also I noticed that when I try enter Sol system there were no delays as before.
