    No it isn't... :)

Maybe crime is the "wrong" word but according to the RP-definition

Piracy – The police may also fine characters for acts of piracy or being a known pirate (having a Pirate Syndicate Licence mounted). Acts of piracy include attacking ships (except know pirates) for profit (collecting bounties) or fun.
source Section 2C open role play rules

collecting bounties, which is nothing else than killing someone for cash, is an act of piracy and therefor criminal, which would be contrary to the "we only accept lawful offers"-policy ;)

    and please don't start another RP-discussion ;)

I dont really hear anything from my HDD's
My desktop stays on the floor aside the desk.
I use my headset pretty often so I dont even recognize any other noise but the sound I'm listening to.
If I'm not using the headset my speakers are on and music is running.

    No it is not.

You can not have two different RP's within a clan.
Only one RP which applies to the whole clan. Mercenary / Police / Pirate or Smuggler.
    Mixing is not allowed.

But you could be mercenary and only accepting lawful offers from anyone. Which would be your own decission.
But having this policy would be contrary with collecting bounties, since killing others for money (collecting bounties) is considered a criminal action :)

I use 1 HDD for BS only
Partitioned - XP multimedia edition and Win7 32bit installed
2nd HDD for installed programs only
    3rd HDD for downloads only
4th HDD as mirror of the 2nd HDD constantly
and Linux system installed on a portable drive via USB-connection

I would not recommend using a virtual machine in the first place.

Besides that. How do you (as single/one player) defend yourself, if you are online with more than just one char at the time?
You can NOT fight with both chars simultaniously, can you?
Most likely you might lose on both chars, if you engage the "right" oponent.
    Is it really worth it?

you guys don't want to listen, do you?

An X in the pirates name symbolizes the pirate RP. And no its not an official rule but has been "accepted" and became usual during the last years.

Discuss that sensless stuff elsewhere please.
Any complaints to do, then use the proper channels!

This is also not the right place to start another senseless RP-discussion, if there is even a need for any.
This is just getting more and more rediculous.
[threadclosed]No need for any further spam[/threadclosed]

    Guys please.

The official rules state clearly Section 2C
    Player vs Player Combat

    Quote

You are not allowed to reload (use nanobots and/or shield batteries) during PvP fights. The exception to this is when a Train is being attacked by fighter or capital ship when it is begrudgingly permitted. NEW: Reloading (the use of nanobots and/or shield batteries) during a Player vs. Player fight is not forbidden. However, it is advised not to do it since it just drags out the fights but very likely doesn’t change anything about the outcome.

There is a rule containing a contrary situation.
At one point you are not allowed to reload during PvP - Excluding being in a train (which could also apply to large transport or any other Train-Class vessel)
At another point you are also not forbidden to reload during PvP

This is a situation which will always lead to confusion and some sort of agression between players.

Some players will justify reloading with the part where you are not forbidding to do so.
Others will convict reloading using the part where you are not allowed to do so during PvP.

OP does know already that there is a situation which needs to be cleared out. Either no or yes. (exeptions for train class ships might still remain in place)

But until OP did change the official rules to a definite sentence about reloading, I would ask you to not argue about it. Since it does not lead anywhere but frustration at one point.

People who reload during PvP will have to deal with that others will avoid playing with them in the future.

Most likely a char gets corrupted when there is too much on it.
Count all items equipped and stored (including guns, hull, shield upgrades, type of ammunition (not the ammount of each) and so on)
its not recommended to have more than 100 items on one char and not more than 300 items on the whole ID (all chars on the same account)

    Michael, its not asymetric.
You only think it is, because of the optical illusion due the different colors you used.
use only 2 colors and you will see that its plane.

I was about to say this:
if you really think this is symetric, then its about time for you to consult an eye doctor :D :D

But then you had to change your post..

cant you simply use the "preview" button before submitting a post? ;)
