I've checked the HOG files and you are right, they do seem to be in an odd format. Still no clue as to what codecs or program I would need to convert or play them as an mp3.

Best part about this game for me was the battle chatter and voice work. It really pulled me into the world and I've been looking for ages. Is there anyone who knows where or how I could find the voice files for Starlancer? I've tried so many options, from SLExtractor to Windirstat and I can seem to find them. I even sent the stuff I extracted from MSSPEECH.HOG to a tech savvy friend and they couldn't find them either. Really frustrating be able to find the music but not the voice files.
