Well it looks like i'm on a mini vacation,Apparently either my Motherboard and/or CPU went to crap and had to send both back to manufacturer for waranty repair.

Hopfully it won't be long, i have some unfinished business to take care off [6]

I have the same MB, myself i would go with a sound card, i wasn't impressed with the on board sound system.
