I don't think it's 1.9, because, I have after month Freelancer reinstallt, then the Mod Manger+ Mod, activate the mod, becomming this problem.

you may try one more thing, open FL folder, then mark Exe folder and remove read only flag, then use apply. after open exe folder, locate there freelancer.exe, check file properties for read only (remove if is) and try start directly this file. If this will not help then dunno, i have no other ideas.

Try this. And the other's, too. Still the same Probleme. Maybe a complete reinstall of the OS can help...
