It has done everything i have followed all instructions but now when the game launches it crashes before start menu. i have already tried deleting the restart.fl thingo as said in FAQ but still not working. i used to have crossfire working but i needed to do a fresh install but now it wont work

I have now freshly installed it all to default directories and it is working as it should so far....I am up to updating the launcher which seems to be going smoothly at the moment. I only have v1.9 because i couldnt find the 2.0 download place. I am waiting for the full release of 2.0 before i download it

The mod manager comes up with this in the log when it opens

The launcher cannot update because of [E4] and i have tried making it writable and everything. I JUST WANT TO PLAY CROSSFIRE!!!

it is DACOM.dll. how would i figure out what program is removing it

Now the launcher is saying that DACOM.dll is missing. i have done exactly what is meant to be done and it still doesnt work. i have tried running the game from every directory possible

I have managed to get the launcher up but it wont successfully download the patch because it cant find it. it wont open the game

I have just done a fresh install of freelancer and have followed the instructions on installing crossfire but when i go to open crossfire it just endlessly loads and doesn't open the launcher!!! I really want to play it again but i can't see a fix. Please help me

it is adsl 2+ i think but my family is downloading 24/7 and it takes so long so the internet times out on the download

but I won't be able to download it because it took me 6 months to download CF 1.9 completely and it took 5 hours to download
Is that a possibility though having the game self update as frequently as possible so you don't have a big download to do as oppose to lots of little ones?

Sounds great. i am looking forward to the update. Am I going to have to download the entire 2Gig again when it is released or will it update via the launcher???

When does 2.0 come out

The Convoy eventually got through the first TL but it is just going around in circles with the second TL, I won't dock and I can't get it to move by going out of formation, then cruising and re entering formation but that still doesn't work. I have let it run for like 30 mins and no docking
Please help!
