Hmmm...well...to add to the oddity - when I was using a Radeon 9600XT I had the same issue with the gates. However, I recently upgraded to a Radeon X1600PRO - and have had absolutely no issues while using that card....

@ PointlessWarrior114: Have you run the CF1.62.exe file and set the correct extract location?
Are you running FLMM 1.31?
Have you tried activating the mod thru FLMM?

@ Belphegor and Sands Of Time: You will need to completely wipe and re-install FL to fix that problem every time it occurs (ie every time you de-activate CF....)

I saw a review of it in a gaming magazine, and grabbed it to see what it was like - turned out to be well worth it!

After having completed storyline (several times) I got bored with just playing the same thing, and started investigating the mods....(CF has been the best one I've ever seen....)

well considering the mod is 182mb......
