I was in Sig.17.I just salvaged 2 blue blaze cannons and some class 10 missiles.I had about 1.8mil.in escape pods.I was landing on a station when out of no where
BOOM!!!!! I was hit by I don't know what,but it wasn't normal game play.I've taken on 4 to7 corsarairs at one time with little trouble.Is there a phantom ship jumping in to a system when someone gets powerfull cannons I call foul. 
YO Fellow pilots.I've been playing this game for 10 years.I'm happy to see all the MODS out there.In my opinion this is one of the best.Crossfire is one of the toughest.So,I'll see you all down range.
