    Just found my old Freelancer disk and have been on Mac for years. What’s a cheap laptop to play on? Feel Like getting lost in the game again. This will be the only thing that gets played on the laptop. Just want the best experience with minimal fuss I hate windows.

  • need some help guys...

    so trying to pick back up after only playing for a few months then ended up in hospital well fast forward a year and im trying to get back into the game. I was trying to get to the inner core to fight some big boss and pick up some cool weapons, some guys I had met where helping me out(thx a bunch). well now im in the utopia system and im having to learn all the keys again etc...


    can anyone help me get somewhere normal so I can learn to play again... any help would be very appreciated because I can bearly fly a ship lol

    was playing pretty steady up until a week or so ago family life got in the way was doing some buddy missions with some people i meet on here im at work and mind has forgotten the names but if you read this you will know who you are.. anyway i aim to be able to play again this upcoming weekend and get back into the groove hope to see you all in space, safe flying.

    Silver Fox... i think i saw you on last night so 3 hrs in and i met 2 really helpful people.. FAT_MAN who gave me some lvl 10 weapons and another guy revenge_1 who also played as
    explorer_1(no r/p) whom gave me a mil and showed me where to buy a eagle ship.He also gave me some pods to sell and also showed me how to get pods to sell in texas... a big thankyou to these guys.
    Its amazing 6o see such friendly guys on a server ive not really played online games much but people can be such donkeys its refreshing to see experienced players take the time to help green players i have a foothold into this game im excited to get my feet wet and look forward to meeting you all, i hope one day ill find a noob and show him the same graditude i recevied when i joined......

    so I remembered watching my neighbor play this game back in the day I never had a computer that would run it lol, well found me a copy and started playing, downloaded this mod and it should have been the original game... anyway good jobs guys.


    anyway enough of that, I'm completely green and have no clue where to start I played a few SP missions and trolled the forum I figure get into MP and see where that leads, I'm kinda excited.. hope to see some of you out there I could def use some noob help..
