i'm in the rock it self not in the dock tube and i have not got a mine dropper on

Need help i'm in nome base stuck in the rock unable to get out,We have tried to bouncing around rock to get out, tried getting another player to kill me but they were unable to hit me, tried cruise +alt f4 , got no mines or missiles to do suicide, asked a GR to kick me but when he did i was still in same place.
