had not realized uTorrent couldn't be running. Thank for the help, working now

Hey guys, I'm new here. I've been trying to connect to the 1.9 server, but I keep getting this message that says A possible cheat has been detected and I will be kicked. 1st time on the server, created a new toon. It started the toon at 18th level with 150000 credits. Any help please.
